..of mice and men oft times go astray.  Indeed today they did.  The ever-lovin’ was scheduled for a double by-pass this morning but just before the surgery they discovered pneumonia.  So he is in the hospital until they can clear it up.  Tentitive plans are for him to come home then and return in ten days for his surgery.  He is not taking the delays well but hell I wouldn’t either. 

The weather is snowy, driving is a little nerve wracking, and the hospital is an 68 mile round trip but we will survive.  They say each thing happens for a reason so I guess I’ll work on figuring this one out!  Well children I am still worn out from the 3 am wake up this mornning even though I came home this afternoon and slept the sleep of the dead for three hours.  So I’ll say good night, keep warm and well, and keep smiling because it makes people wonder what you are up to!!
