Thu, 29 Jul 2010 18:11:04 +0000 hourly 1 http://wordpress.org/?v=abc By: MrsDoF http://mommascorner.com/2007/05/a_busy_mothers_day/comment-page-1/#comment-1048 MrsDoF Mon, 14 May 2007 03:58:47 +0000 http://mommascorner.com/2007/05/a_busy_mothers_day/#comment-1048 <p>Beautiful outdoorsy stuff!</p> <p>Hmm, there was a Reception for high school graduates at church.  I had agreed to fix and serve coffee, then clean-up.  I’m gonna have to teach a few more people how to run the dishwasher machine.</p> <p>DOF and I went to lunch at the newly re-opened WENDY’s under new owners.  Not much crowd there, but I’ll bet more fancy places were full on Mother’s Day.</p> <p>I took a nice nap on the couch while Husband went to the gym for a workout.</p> <p>We went to the historic theatre on our bicycles to see the short films nominated for Academy Awards.  Very interesting.  If I had a chance to vote, I would not have chosen the one that got the Oscar.</p> <p>I came home to get the laundry out of the dryer and fold it into piles.  Also noticed the litter box was a bit odorous, so I changed it out.  Tomorrow is trash day, so I got all the stuff to the curb for pick-up.</p> <p>Youngest Son emptied the dishwasher.  He says I have done enough dishes at the church the last couple days.  He is looking the most relaxed I have seen him since Spring Break.</p> <p>Now I’m cruising blogs.  I’ll have to pack my school bag, since I already know I’m working tomorrow.<br /> I just checked our bank account.  Yeah, the Direct Deposit works.  We’re a bit ahead on bill paying, so all my hours are doing good.</p> <p>Oh, and I began my next crochet potholders marathon.  I’ve got half of one done.  I’m trying for another 12 pair, and a baby afghan by the first week of September for a sale to benefit a school in Chicago. </p> Beautiful outdoorsy stuff!
