The rain is falling again this morning—no watering and no digging today. 

During our walk out this morning for Brandy’s constitutional I spotted this delicate flower up in the berm.
The first of several Japanese Iris blooms.  Debra brought the plant up for me from her neighbor’s house.
She said it was an ideal addition to the berm plantings and she was correct.
