Yes we went this morning and picked another 3.54 lbs of blueberries. Stop by Jay’s Jammin’ to see the results.
The visits yesterday to Jay’s Doctors resulted in an ultra sound appointment ( for personal physician) and another surgery for the dialysis. The carousel never stops does it.
My appointment to see about what to do with my feet is tomorrow. So maybe I won’t have to walk like Frankenstein one of these days. My personal physician says more exercise but my feet say forget it so something is going to have to change. I really don’t want to be bury in a piano box!!!!
I’m waiting for David to find time to change the blades on the mower because I have had them sharpened. My poor yard is a wild carrot patch right now. I won’t even talk about the flower gardens other than they are starting to look ragged again. It seems like everything is growing healthy except the people around here.
I had Harry Potter for five days now and haven’t even read the cover. I’m in the middle of Jeffrey Deaver’s The Sleeping Doll and can’t seem to pick that back up. There are two squares done and another started for Pammies Project which needs more attention than what I am giving it right now.
Brother Dan had a little set back and is in the hospital again but I have spoke with him two days in a row now and he should be going home again in another couple of days.
Well July is almost over so maybe August will bring things back to normal—one can only hope.
Keep smiling ,stay healthy and if you get rich remember who your friends are!!!!
Jeffrey Deaver!! Now that’s one of my favorite writers! I think I’ve read that one, too!
I am one who has never read any of the Harry Potter books! Wish I had because I feel really left out!
I need to catch up!

The podiatrist gave me a paper with diagrams for exercises to do first thing in the morning.
When I remember to do them, which takes 10 minutes before I get out of bed, my feet do their job better the rest of the day.
Also, riding a bicycle helps ease the pain in the arch of my left foot.
Going barefoot is almost impossible, so a friend recommended that I get some slip on sandals and keep them right beside the bed for quick use to walk to the bathroom.
Taking advice from my husband, who has fibromyalgia, I can have toned muscles that ache a little or lazy muscles that ache alot.
He keeps me telling me exercise makes a body better.
