&lt;p&gt;My fiber thing is oatmeal (the cooked old-fashioned kind) with a dollop of applesauce, 5 dates chopped, and a teaspoon of brown sugar stirred in.&lt;br /&gt;
Can ya tell I have it down to an art?&lt;br /&gt;
I eat it at least 3 days a week, sometimes for lunch.&lt;br /&gt;
I really love the stuff, so no trouble for me.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&#8217;d eat more cold cereal, but the milk is becoming a problem.&lt;br /&gt;
I guess I&#8217;ll chew a couple calcium tablets to make up the difference.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Next on your To Do List is furniture finishing?
