I loved talking with you yesterday.  Honestly Mary, it was like talking with a friend or relative back home.  You know the older I become the more I miss that special warmth and caring that comes from living in the midwest.

With all that said, let me give you a little lecture about doing too much too soon.  Here goes… This is your time to heal and take care of yourself.  You give and do for everyone so please let others do and care for you for a little while.  The more you rest and follow the advice of your doctors and your therapists the more successful this surgery will prove to be…end of lecture.
