A comment posted by Ada on ‘The Verdict Is In’ reminded me to tell you that as of April 29th both Jay and I have six years of no smoking.  I have been very fortunate so far to not need medication for the COPD.  How long this will continue I have no way of knowing but for now I’m happy it is Status Quo !
