A LIttle More Better!

I found it!!!!  Three copies of Medical 2008 January through May stuck in the wrong file folder.  I knew that I had printed it but be darned if I could find it.  I started June through ? this morning and put a copy of January through May in three different places.

The yard this morning thanks to neighbor Steve looks absolutely great.  Of course Jay’s job mowing the grass that had grown underneath the fallen tree helped to enhance the beauty!

We have a few more dead ones to remove as the money becomes available.

A check on the barrels this morning shows all is well.

I also looked at the Butterfly bush that I had run over with the mower.

Much to my delight it has decided to grow despite my careless treatment.

This is all for today because being helpful yesterday has taken a toll on my chest.  So I’ll take a magic pill and sleep awhile.  Have a great Sunday!

About Momma

I was 77-years-old on February 22 and I'm amazed to see it. Mother of two sons and one daughter (Bloggers SEB and Cindyisms are two of them). Grandmother of three. Retired after 29 years+ at Michigan Bell Telephone and ten+ years with The Oakland Press. I was active with the telephone company union and a Dale Carnegie graduate. I work at crocheting, knitting, making ornaments, and other projects. With my husband I can 300 or 400 half pints of jam, chutney, plus cabbage relish, pickled beets and cinnamon fruit every summer to give away. I was clown doing parades, parties, and picnics for about 15 years. My other passions are music from the 50s through the 70s, reading, and of course blogging!

  1. Did I say had a great 50 yrs school reunion week ago Friday at our old senior school in our local town called Petersfield.  Over a hundred turned up, many couldn’t now recognise, but we all had labels and this helped.  Lots more silver hair especially amongst the chaps, but a lot of great laughs especially as we were given a tour by some of today’s pupils of the old school, brand new fifty years ago you see!  We ate a buffet lunch, planted a red oak tree nr school entrance, then ended the day with a modern rock concert by today’s pupils.  They ended with a rousing finale from film Grease.  Yesterday our local newspaper gave over an entire page to great photos of the event, especially one of everyone on steps outside school building, many smiling faces so great to see and many memories rekindled!  Marion
