Yesterday was spent taking down October and packing it away.
Every thing goes into a blue plastic box, labeled, and placed in the basement. I rotate this to the corner and bring out the box for November.
The flag is new because the old one is getting ragged around the edges.
From the November box I got the fall wreath for the front door.
Also this ugly old crow is hung to welcome any visitors to our front door.
A few cardboard pilgrims, haystacks, and indians to hang in the dining and living room. One of those cardboard turkey that you open up to show a yellow tissue tail for a center piece and the pine cone turkey that Dakota made me several year ago for the shelf.
Presto!! It is now November!
Hopefully it was as easy for you to move forward into the holiday seasons as it was for me!
