Good day to you on this Sunday afternoon. Here I sit visiting blogs and eating an oatmeal cookie my hubby just baked when I have one piece left to finish my project. I got the Sunday paper out of the box the easy way. I backed the truck down the driveway in the snow. It is safer than walking 100 some odd feet and climbing back up. When the snow goes I’ll walk it again for the exercise. I snuck a few games of Free Cell in while Jay has been napping and I’m now up to game #25881 with two not mastered (unless I crossed one or two off by mistake).
So today it cost you 39 cents to send a letter. Naturally I had just bought a roll of 37 centers about two weeks ago so I guess I’ll invest in some pictures of Navajo Jewelery at two cents each to mail out my insurances this week. I’ll take my property tax bill in on Tuesday to the township office and that will pretty well bring me up-to-date for January.
Still having trouble with my printer and as you know “my tech” lives quite a ways away from here. But he has promised to get up here when he can.
The Christmas Cactus still hasn’t bloomed but the link that Mrs. Dof put on that post turned me green with envy at the lovely plant this lady in CO has.
Well enough lolly gagging around I really have to get busy but I so much love chatting with you or at you (whatever the case may be).
