Fall Colors

Did you ever have one of those days when you are so angry, frustrated, and upset that you just wanted to hit something and break it.   Today  was my day.  I got so upset that I called my youngest son for help and ended up in full tears.  I couldn’t control myself long  enough to tell him him what I needed.  Anyway I finally got it out and he fixed everything  and I felt a little better.

Since then I have taken Brandy, my walker,  walked six blocks, resting, and drinking my coffee,    While I was out I took pictures of the colors.

I was looking for color and I found it!

I really love the trees this time of year

You can’t beat the orangish red shades.

This is it for nuw.

I just finished the Lizzie Borden novel and put it up on the shelf.  I will be reading J D Salinger’s The Catcher In The Rye  next.  This is another one of the old ones I missed a long time ago.

Cindy took me to have my nails done yesterday.

I was suffering from old lady vitamins

So now I have fake nails and they look a whole lot better.

Well it is Bunco and I am debating going.  I guess I really need to get out.

Cindy and David finally bought a new garage door opener for me today and I only have to step out on the porch to open the door.

So things are much better than this morning and I have finally unscrewed my face!

  1. Glad to hear, after all the ‘mess’, you are back ‘on the mend’ & things are (somewhat) in order for you. Sometimes life can just get overwhelming! (I usually take a nap, if I can, when that happens – better for me and everyone else concerned!). LOVE YOU! (boy, all that canned from just a few apples? Amazing!) . . . AND you nails look great!
